Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

All prices are shown and charged in British Pounds (GBP, £).

Secure payments

All transactions are encrypted using SSL and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

When you are charged

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Placing an order and clicking the order button creates a binding obligation to pay.

Authorisation & failed payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your order will not be processed. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@thecharlotterose.com and we will investigate promptly.
