Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 6 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, peak periods).

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 5pm (GMT) on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping restrictions

We deliver to standard residential and business addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, military addresses (BFPO) or other restricted locations. Some items may be subject to carrier restrictions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel. You can also use our Track your order page.

Failed, refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional carrier costs may be passed on.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at support@thecharlotterose.com and we will resolve it with the carrier, arranging a replacement or refund as appropriate.
