How to track your order

  • Enter your order number and email (or your tracking number) in the tracker above and press Track, or
  • Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you and click the tracking link inside it.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days of processing before tracking information becomes active. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch (about 6 to 12 business days in total).

Where is my order?

  • No tracking updates yet? Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to activate after dispatch. Please check again shortly.
  • Tracking says delivered but you don't have it? Check with neighbours and any safe-place or parcel-locker location, then contact us.
  • Parcel delayed? Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather or peak periods.
